Those cars the OP raced aren't all that quick stock, and have very few mods. not out of range for a modded stage 2 balt...

 

op has a ss/tc. and if its stock he would have lost to the ms3 for sure IF the ms3 driver knew how to drive. which really isnt hard...

stock for stock a ms3 is really close to a ss/tc.

as far as a srt4, yea a stockish srt would lose to a stock ss/tc. i have both i would know.

Ya, His car is an SC.

But your thinking is right in line with what I was getting at. An SC with a 2.9 and 42's isn't as fast as a stock TC. That's why I was doubting him beating both of those cars.

 

I would think the run with the SRT4 would be very close. And the MS3 would have a small advantage, not unable to be overcome though.

Umm.... yes it is.

A GMS2 car is a drivers race for a stock SS/TC. The OP's car should be a little quicker than a GMS2 car for sure.

fyi, ive beaten 2 stock lnf's. both from 40 rolls and that was when i was on a 3.1 pulley... just sayin... i posted a video a few months ago of me running a 2010 ms3 with intake and open dp from a dig i had him by 1 car. it should be in war stories or pics n vids. i would repost that one but im at work and yea... no youtube for meh. i ran a 60 trim srt4 also from a dig. i might of posted that one also... i lost... it was a sad sad day for lsj's haha.

It better have been really bad lol or someone needs to work on getting traction and learn to drive ( the srt not the cobalt since sarcasm is wasted on the interent lol).

I can see a 2.9 pully car being close to these outcomes especially with drivers. Ms3 with a AP would help out a lot , and srt needs mbc and stage ecu upgrade.

you dont even need a staged ecu or mbc. best results nets from diablo sport tune and stock wastegate with bolt ons and meth or nitrous

i wouldnt mind seeing a turbo swapped lsj run a turbo swapped srt tho. that would be good
