2.4SS Sedan mooshes Integra GS (1993 or so)

Ahhh (reaching back stretching and cracking my knuckles) here we go.!

I am late heading to my brother in laws to finish my taxes last weekend so I am pedaling quickly through traffic when I see up ahead in the distance a 1993 or so clean Integra GS (lowered, rims, big exhaust blah blah blah). I as I draw closer and closer the Integra gets a little faster and faster. Finally, I get up behind him as we exit Route 30 headed into Youngwood. Wouldn't it be cool if I he decided to try and keep me from passing him... Well he makes an aggressive move onto the exit ramp and tries to really get it coming around the ramp but I am on him and play peek-a-boo in his inside and outside mirrors to let him know I am not even challenged by his rate of cornering speed.

Bottom of the ramp now.. I see him checking the rear view and "WOW he's still on my butt" (he looks a little surprised) and then he gets up and starts to get after the Teg. I continue to follow him through Youngwood falling back and closing the gap on his perverted attempts to lose me in traffic. I don't take chances around other people so I hang back and let him exercise his car a little. He can't go anywhere too many lights. I just make sure I make the same ones he does. A few more rear view glances and he's had enough. "What the heck is that behind me??"- I can tell by his reactions (he moves over and I go by him but make sure to let him hear me and I steam on by bwaaaa).

Now I peep the rear view and I see him checking out my tail. "cobalt" is the only thing that is not debadged. Predictably- he's game, shakes his head and comes after me almost saying.." I'll teach this applepie driving boy a lesson!!!" He did not just mess with me in a ...."COBALT"!!!

Well he's glued to the trunk lid and we move through the last few lights in Geriatricwood and the last light leads out to fresh air (my ring's outside punk)...a huge highway with no traffic.

The instant the right lane clears-he decides to jump right and try to take me before the green flag waives. I think cheater he doesn't want to line up= ok, so I drop to 3rd and matt it. He has a bit of a run on me and gets 3/4 a car on me and then I come back by him and pull the little lever thingy to 4th without lifting. He-ducks-in-behind-me-this-close and tries another draft and pass but I leave it in 4th and when he goes right I go to the floor again. Same story...gets beside me and I go back by.

He is visibly confused. His mouth is moving and he ain't chewin nuthin. So he drops back a bunch checks his manlihood (yup still there) and then tries a significant run on me. He's really comin fast and I can tell I might get caught because I should have gone to 3rd (we've slowed). But I leave it in 4th and he gets almost clear of my front bumper but the highway is clear and we go at it. I stay in it at about 6000rpms...draw even with him ( I have enough time to flash a smirk-at him but he looks nauseated) and I am pulling ahead by 6800 I see my blinking shift light ...hold..it...a split second longer...then I just jab it into 5th without lifting the gas and he's fading back 2-3-4 cars. He's DONE and drives behind me until I get off. He ignores me as he goes by when I exit despite me flashing him a thumbs up for playin. Made no friends today boys.

Taxes were near as exciting...

I understand but in perspective you had to have put a few K down on yours to get to $200 per month or had a paid off trade. Even at 84 months financing the numbers wouldn't even work out to $200 per month with the lowest interest rate..

Ok, busted! I worked for GM so my car stickered at $22,000 cost me $18,000. I traded my 2004 Cavi in got $9,000 for it (it was paid off) Taxes and tags out the door came to a tad over $10,000. Zero % special financing, again worked for GM put me at like $202.?? a month for 4 years.

I guess I did get a sweet deal huh?

I think we both did. I got a VIP price at my old dealership because I had referred about 14 people to the dealership who actually bought cars over the past few years. So I got a great deal.!
