a tourqe converter has a rpm where it is fully locked and at 4200rpms is when the converter is locked which would equal out to a clutch being fully engaged

Im not just referring to the difference between SC's and turbos. Im also talking about turbo upgraded LSJ's. Theyre much quicker than an LNF with the same power/tq. I never understood why.
