I've done some monitoring and superchips is a pretty safe tune if you stay with stock components. I know HPT is far better and has many advantages over SC but I got it for the price of nearly nothing and I'm satisfied with the results. I'm not looking to change anything.

And to end this SC vs HP which shouldn't have began in the first place.. I've read the Superchip thread along with its 100000 pages. Term2 should know which thread that is. I knew what I was buying

I loved all my gm tunes. Stock was fine, GMS1 was great. And when I m62'd my 2.2 ecotec sunfire the gm flash was good too, just a bit rich but safe.
Stock tunes are for mpg, longevity, driveability.

You have never had a good custom tune on your LNF before. You can actually have it all. Power, MPG (If you keep you foot out of it) and long life.

I've had two diff trifecta tunes(reg and ecp) too haha. But I get what you're saying. I'd like to get Hp tuned next year for the better gains(and that new cheap turbo everyone's talking about). Too bad no select-a-tune feature with HP right? And I hope I'm able to still use ezflash to read/delete codes.
