Not if its been made in the past decade. The motor guys swap in is the K24 out of the 02+ ones with a k20 head

 

What a bolted 2.2 can beat probably isn't that impressive.

 

not true, I did a 3 honk with a fully carbon fiber Motobecane Immortal Fire road bike. He got me on the pull, and about 1/8 mile down the road, but at the end I had 3 lengths on him

Ive seen stock ss/tc's that need a driver mod go 14.5, theres no way a bolt 2.2 can touch that with a good driver. your making max 160 to the wheels, and a tc is probably around 235-240.

 

So the people on here saying that their 2.2 run 14.3-14.5 are liars?

 

well theres a handful of them that are sc/tc. but im saying that NA with full bolt ons its not possible.

I will stand corrected by a 1/4 drag video.

 

Why do you have to have proof. I know a hand full of 2.2 people that have hit mid 14. All 5 speeds of course.

 

is a 5 speed really that much faster? im just saying because im almost full bolted and my car isnt fast, definetly not 14 sec fast. and im auto.

The only proof I have of his 14.3 run is a time slip. He doesn't record his passes
