Cobalt vs 600rr
My boy wants a race, theres a road that you turn on and its straight for about 1/2 mile and two lane, never ever see cars on the road. I want to start by coming onto the road at about 20 and have him follow me and see how far i can get before he takes me. 1.5ton 4cyl vs >1000# roadster, i know theres no contest, but sure will be fun to do once he gets his bike together
Yep, I ran one on the S256, S1 Cams, and 93 omw from the track one day. I guess he noticed me spinning down the entire 1/8th on my street tires and kept fkin with me and it pissed me off. Ended up him hitting it, me less than half a car behind him, and that gap never changed. I tried to get him to go from a honk but he shook his head no...it was a newer R6. And its more like low 11s and high 120s stock. With exhaust, k&n, and power commander they are seeing the numbers you speak of.
This...lol. My 08 ZX6R with my mods would only hang with a stock 2012/2013 ZX6R. A 2013 ZX6R has pretty much the same power as a 2008 ZX10R.
LOL your are not beating a modern day 600 with 400whp, and if you do the rider sucks. This rider in the video cannot ride very well, not even tucking nor could he shift. My old bike was a 2006 bone stock gsxr 600, my buddy in his 03 cobra with whipple 2.9/cams making 630whp got his feelings hurt by my stock bike from a 45roll. I dont weigh very much and i can ride.
Also you all are a little off on the quarter miles times, i also had a 04 r6, with a slip-on, 10.9 @ 125.
Iam not a bike troll either, also use to own a f1a 03 cobra, that still couldnt beat a 600, making 627/574.

The 08 zx10 has like 190 crank, to the wheels I've seen a lot of guys in the 155 range give or take a few
The new 13' 636 is going to be 129 to the crank I believe, so I'm sure it will be in the 105 to the wheel range
I don't think that is close be any means, but like I said not being an ass just pointed that out for you

Honestly i've said it on this site more then once, bikes can and will be beat by a car. Most of the time it's the fact that the bike tops out, and cars keep going, which in turn allows you to pull past them.
My Daytona 675 w/ -1 +2 Sprocket setup tops out at 139 MPH, I'll pull ahead by two buses in a heartbeat, but with enough road most sport cars could catch me. The thing is, bikes are for curves, not a straight stretch. (With the exception of the ZX14, Hyabusa and all those.) Saying you beat one in a drag race is pointless IMO
I beat a bike once too, it was all because the rider sucked, and the bike topped out at 135.

He was running -1 in the front and +3 in the back if I remember correctly. Been a while. That's why he topped out at 135.
