Dont know why i did it.
last night i see a red a red viper stopped at a red light.
I pulled up next to him and looked at him and tolled him punch it on green till next light. he said ok and we are off, well he was off while i slowly moved. About 4 seconds later i got to the other light and he looked at me and said you have ***** going up against me with that car. I told him i will take anything on. you never know when you might have a driver error and win on a technicality. He laughed so did I and told him I love MA MOPAR MUSCLE CARS. He does to. And then thats it. I came home knowing i lost to one of my favorite cars. And im happy.

i had a similar experience w/ a brand new Z06 vette
im goin about 75 on this lonley stretch of 2 lane highway and i see bright lights flying up behinde me i drop to 3rd and floor it trying not to let him pass me up. he pulls even w/ me at about 95. we both slowed down to 70 i heard him drop a gear im like wtf so i floored it(i was still in 3rd) he stayed next to me till about 115 and the put the hammer down and left me 5-6 cars back in a matter of seconds. i followed him to a gas station. i said that thing is awsome bro and he replied, thats a quick little car you have there the supercharger sounds cool

Atleast you guys have people that are actually willing to race driving those cars. I've seen a few Vipers and Z06's in my area and not one of them will do anything remotely "aggressive".

hahaha nice!! I get to drive a viper a few times a year, and let me tell you those things have *****. ssooo much power. But I would race anything to, just to see the differencein power!!

w3rd! A few times now once on a freeway and the other on a 3 lane street, I pass by brand new Z06s and each time I slow down to say whats up and give thumbs up for such an awesome car (My favorite car) and each time they slow down to DANGEROUS speeds. Like on the freeway 45 and 25 on the street when its 55 zone. I know they probably think that I am trying to race them(which I am not) but it sucks cause I would love to talk to the owner of one.

but its the same in my town too. Guess they know there basically faster then just about everything else so why bother?

I hear ya man! The Z06's are sweet, but I heard that the new Viper (I guess the '08 model) is supposed to have 600 hp now instead of the 505 hp that it had. They did some engine modifying with the internals and increased power nicely. "Supposedly", the Z06 would no longer be a match for this new Viper.
