Finally..an STI and RSX-S

Well I lost hehe. It was expected, no doubt. I just had to see how I would do against one, and I was fairly impressed w/ the mods I have done vs his. From what he told me he had turboback exhaust and UTEK or UTEC? (i think that's what he said) and bigger injectors. From a light he had me by about two cars pulling steadily up to around 70. From around a 50 roll he pulled about a car length and continued to pull ever so slightly. He was a good sport, gave me the thumbs up after the runs and said he's impressed w/ the few mods I've got done. We both had a passenger as well.

It sounded sick...I *heart* those machines.

I also ran an RSX-S which is pretty "well known" around my area (rumor has it he runs low-mid 13's all motor). I have absolutely NO idea what his mods are other than being all motor. I ran him in my mustang about a year ago and was pretty impressed w/ how quick it was. I got him by about a bus length then...but I'm in my cobalt now, so I didn't have my hopes up. Anyway, we ran about 6 times, only two from a dig. I pulled about a car and a half on average, but he was right there the whole way. I was incredibly surprised that he didn't pull on me. Around the 3rd run he rolled his window down and said "Hey! You know your racing an RSX on 20's right?" I just said "oh that's cool man.." They were good runs, and I'm sure things probably would have been different if he was on his stock wheels/tires...but either way I was pretty happy.

I got to meet some folks from the SRT forums before before I went cruising, they were all cool, it was a lot of fun. All in all...frkn sweet night.

It was in Mexico.

And yes I am a ricer, I make sure it's in traffic and we're doing 90mph. Whoever can weave through the three lanes the most wins. If I have time, I like to pull the e-brake @ 100mph cuz I can drift like a ****...screw that mini van in the lane next to me.

Oh yeah I just saw that thread on "the other forums" lol. If you barely got pulled by an ls2 GTO..you would own me. LOL, but shoot I'll race for the heck of it, I'm no sore loser.
