I actually thought you would pull more. But maybe it's just because you're still getting used to it. Either way, it was probably still fun.

99-04 GT's were low 14 second cars, and like you already mentioned, 4 cylinder cars from the same years were 15 second cars!!

I see you got an 04 Viper instead of a c6 Z06, what's up with that?

Being a Mustang lover myself, I will say that an SS/TC should beat a 99-04 GT from a dig and roll.

I already have a C5 and buying another just felt like a waste. The Viper was the same price except it had more miles so it made more sense.

Yeah, but the c6 Z06's are sexy and I would even own one of those, LOL!! I'm sure you'll enjoy that ride!

Maybe the v6 with a pro driver, LOL. Even automatic 99-04 GT's have gone 14.1-14.2 stock. And "most" magazine drivers arent professionals!

Evan Smith drove a 99 GT to a 13.7 stock down to the tires. There are numerous people to get their 99-04 GT into the 13's stock, but the average is around 14.1 or so.

Rustang huh?? You raced a high 14 to low 15 second car, what did you expect? Go race a new GT, Mach 1 or an 03/04 Cobra that are stock and let me know what happened!! Not trying to be d*cklike, but you sure seem confident and cocky!!

Even with those good times, their trap is still very low. The GT's dont have the power a SS/TC does from a roll.

The 5.0l unless done right are usually very slow.
