HHR SS vs. Cobalt LS

My buddy had his car tuned at zzp so he wanted a rematch. Needless to say it wasnt enough! They were really close runs though, I had about two cars by 120.

First roll was a 40, second was a 60, third was a 50, and fourth was around 50 as well.

07 Cobalt LS:
LE5 Swap
K04 12psi
Custom CPs and Intercooler
Zzp Catless DP
e47

HHR SS:
K04
ZZP Intake
ZZP Catless DP
ZZP 25psi street tune

Filmed in Mexico

I didnt know you ran e47 adam. Still nice pulls, to bad you aren't closer to see how the ko4+ and e47 compares to your car

Is the hhr an auto trans?

wow thats impressive, LE5 with 12 psi k04 vs a LNF with 25 psi k04. I never imagined that outcome. Id thought theyd be closer but maybe its the weight difference?

Nice to see a racing video

Im guessing the higher compression ratio of the LE5 is a factor here. Considering how much more psi the hhr was running, and of course the weight difference.

Nope, they took it out and put in ethanol free 90 octane gas.

We have to drive about 20 minutes south, and we keep a 55 gallon drum of it.

I'm going to say that the factor is the fuel more then anything. The fact that your on e47 and he's on pump 93 mean you've got the ability for much higher timing than the LNF could think of. Put him on E47 and im sure itll be a closer run if not a different outcome. Just my .02 tho
