How bad will I get Beat!

My car, mods are in signature vs my buddies 2004 SVT Cobra 3.1" pulley, K&N CAI, Ford Racing catback, and a custom tune, he says its between 432-445whp. I am quessing from a 40-110mph roll he will take me by 12 cars? Any ideas?

Its just for fun, we already know the result will be a ASS RAPING!...its just for fun guys no flaming please!

260-270 hp if you're lucky vs 430-450 hp? mmmm..... prolly not quite 12, but itll be up there!

Again its just for fun, what i want to know is how you only got beat by two cars? I would think they would put on many more lengths on even the most highly modded balt (stock eaton of course, not TAG Turbo car) This is addressed to the previous post???

Send him over my way and ill show him how a Z06 will eat him for lunch and not even breath hard. His Stang weighs 500-700 lbs more than the Cobalt, so there is at least some advantage if you wanna call it that...lol
