Like I already told him I don't mind losing. Especially since it's a shop built car and mine was thrown together in the dirt in my backyard. Originally I was just wanting to see how mine compared to a car with that much power. Red Sun ruined my fun so to speak by beating them lol. So now it's just me calling them out on their bs power claims.

Thing is though him and his brother keep talking **** but won't run me. So I guess I'm going to have to physically find their asses. Imagine how their customers will feel seeing my ugly Z tear their shop mascot up. That can't be good for business lol


Oh the race will be recorded if it ever does happen. I'm going to make sure I have my camera and a friends in the car. It will be found on YouTube titled something like "ZX Auto Centers professionally built '450whp' Z31 loses to a pieced together Z31"

They don't know that, narrowband o2 is the best for tuning due to the accuracy for the range

I'd be surprised if they have wideband on it lol. I'm leaning towards no because they would instantly be able to see that BOV is causing huge fueling issues. Good thing they have been building Z's for 20 years...

The older brother was class of 06 from UNF, so I can only assume he graduated HS around 2005...

They appear to be Indian or Middle Eastern. I've seen their shop, I almost stopped there like 10 years ago but didn't have the time and I'm rarely in that area so I've never been back. I'd say it belongs to their parents or some other family member being its been around so long and they are so young.

I have no doubt they know how to work on them, swapping parts is easy. Building a quick car is much more difficult. Especially with the Z31, the aftermarket is very limited you have to know exactly what you want and then plan how to get it.

he was pretty butthurt his BMW didn't make the huge numbers he said it would. he claimed the dyno they had at the carshow was broken..

when i made the best numbers of the day for a 4 banger the dyno operator told me to take my dyno slip over and show teh guy with the BMW that his low numbers were due to his car.. not the dyno haha

I think that is a BMW owner thing lol. When I dyno'd my car there were BMW owners there that were thrilled I made what I did they just knew if my junky Z did that they would make 400whp for sure. They were all 100-120whp short and of course blamed the dyno lol
