When racing on the street, it only takes one bump, one jerk of the car, one ditch, one moron next to you to kill you. Some people would rather have the saftey of racing at a track where there are saftey crews with fire extinguishers in cause of the worse case scenario.


Now I'm not the CSS.net saint, I have street raced in my past, and it was ******* stupid, and I admit it, and have vouched to never do it again. My uncle was street racing his yellow Vette and the dumb **** that convinced him to race ran him off the road into a ditch, his car flipped, and crashed into a sign, killed him instantly. And people that only race on tracks are the idiots? Are you ******* kidding me? He only raced at the track, untill that one time he was convinced. i do know they are the slowest. but lets be real here, with the exception of the net 5.0 GT w/ 400 hp which compared to my past ecperience itll be a good race with a pretty big edge to me though, all the other mustangs out there to beat me would have to have significant work done to them. this is obviously with the exception of the 03-04 cobra. But really, anything with the 4.6 (1998 and up) would HAVE to be boosted and even then they would need some traction too in order to beat me. How many boosted 'stangs are running around on the street compared to retards v6's with dual exhaust that try and race me? im not being a fanboy or anything or a hater on mustangs, but it isnt my fault when mustangs are the car that most often trys to race me and are dissappointed and butt hurt after they do. I get wayyyy more slow mustangs than civics lets put it that way. so they give the bad rep to themselves.

has requested one. no one has requested a roll race either. people that i know are afraid
of the car. they won't run me. and being a sedan strangers won't give me a second look.
hell i could of ran an evo from a dig the other day at a light. i revved, they laughed. they
just putted away. LOL. oh well.

The only reason I asked if you were "that guy" was because I used to work with a "that guy". He was a good kid, (I believe he was 20) and he had just bought a Mustang GT, but not a new one, it was an old 5.0 Fox body. He bragged about how fast he was, and always talked about how fast he was. One day one of the older guys came into work (has an older BMW 330i) and told me how the guy tried to run him after work and how the car was kicking up black smoke trying to stay with him. We gave him **** for months and he never lived it down. It's funny though because I actually tried to steer him towards the LSJ platform after he traded in his 5.0 for a 240sx with a turbo that was falling apart (he literally had to have it in the shop after he traded his 5.0 for it). Don't be all cocky and try to actually talk about their cars more than you talk about your car. No one likes an arrogant guy that thinks his **** is fastest. You have to show a little modesty.

Because some people have common sense does not make them pussies, it makes them smart and think about their actions. What would happen if you were to lose control and hit an innocent person and kill them? Then what? Every time i ask that very obvious question, all you street racing scumbags just avoid the question, because you know there is no smart answer to it! I have unfortunately had a few friends die because they were dumb and street raced and had a close friend who was hit head on by a street racer that lost control, she was just driving to work.
