I assure you I have spent more time on the track than you have sir better yet 90% of the people here.
I don't give a **** if I can only muster a 13.13 and could maybe squeeze a 12.89 out of here if I only made 3 more passes. I had my fun in my F-Bodies I don't need to go beat the **** out of my GTO to know what it can do.
By the way when the hell is it magazine racing to say it takes X HP to beat a stock GTO?

then why race at all if a car has < X HP
and therefore by the same token, if my car has > X hp, then why should i waste my gas on you?
and if a car that has less than your "required amount" to beat your car, and DOES beat it.....you can pretend its not real....
close your eyes and wave your arms around all you want....thats what 95% of races are actually like
because dispite contrary belief, most people are poor drivers.
so basically if it doesnt fit your little bench race "formula" its "not a real race" i guess.
lets all save our gas and just race on paper.

WAIT! But this post WAS about real races. We put our pencils down for a few minutes and went for a few runs.
