my cousin has 92 hatch with b18c running 23psi and he does a 10.6 in the 1/4 thats will a fully built motor.. so i find that number a little out there!! his car was built buy kaizen speed down in the US.. the with a professional driver behind the wheel that all he could get out of it ... beating 10 sec.. the guy would have to be pushing 30 psi i think!!
anyway a buddy of mine has a supercharged b18 c5 in a 95 civic hatch he was running 12.7 in thte 1/4 before the supercharger was put in not sure what hes running now
his engine redlines at 10k nutz

my buddy had a h22 accord with an 8k redline (totalled) and i used to smoke his ass with only a catback, 2.9" pulley, and 42s. 
but the weird thing is, when you'd be sitting in it, during 3rd gear VTEC... it felt way faster than my car.. wtf?

k24 motors are all badass probably the best to date motor honda motor co. has built they can handle serious amounts of hp on stock internals....b4 i took the turbo off i raced a 95 civic hb with a k24a2 swap i/h/e and that thing was serious it also destroyed a 04 i think corvette z06 dont doubt the k24 honda my suck in many or your eyes and i not a fan but those things are sickkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!
