The 6 speed has an ls3 like stated above. The auto gets the l99. 2010+

stock they are mid 13 sec cars, to low 14 sec cars. driver mod. just like the balts.. i have seen the stock sstc go low 15 sec pass. so i can see it happen.

Hold on, I have personally seen a GMS1 TC run a 13.5 at 105, and inside line rated the Camaro at 13.4 so I dont get what is funny when about the story when they are about the same speed from at roll.

 

That's the auto. They rated the 6spd 13.0 @ 111, but those are mag times. As people have clearly seen first hand, they are low 14's.

 

every time i see the camaro in person i like it less and less. plus the gay ass markup on all trim level ss's. not worth my money at all. would rather have a ls3 vette w/ a cam or if you want back seats get a year old gt500 with less that 5k miles on it.

 

Yeah except the many of them that have ran high 12s. Including a few 12.6 on tune only and a 12.6 with a drop in K&N. With a bad launch and bad driver they can pull a mid high 13. The people who run low 14s in a stock Camaro would run a low 15 in a stock SS/TC.

Yea w/ the right driver there 12 second cars stock...Not alot faster then the LS1....They have alot more power but there also much heavier.

i wouldnt buy a new camaro. my friends cobalt ss beat a new autobot camaro ss w. intake tune headers and exhaust from a 40 roll by about 3-5 carlinks and it was increasing

How much power are GMS1 T/C's putting down??

I just can't see a FWD Cobalt that traps at 102MPH stock (plus whatever the GMS1 adds) beating a RWD 6 speed manual Camaro that traps 111MPH stock.

The new Camaro is a very powerful car, maybe the guy just couldn't drive worth a damn.
