Ahhh shitt I can't read. I thought you said the one you raced had a 50 trim. I just thought it was hard to believe that a 50trim srt4 would lose to a stock turbo cobalt. Good run man!

Lmao no he told me all he needs is the 50 trim, I guess over the last year he was building his car getting it ready for a 50trim. Once I get home tonight I will make a YouTube account and upload them to YouTube. They were taken with my iPhone do hopefully the quality will be good.

Nice kill; I love it when balts beat up on nsrt.

That guy needs to get learned on srts...hes prolly no more than 300 to the wheels.
For a built engine, P%P, bolted, ect...that motor is just asking for a turbo bigger than a little 50trim. My friend just put a 61trim on his stock motor with just boltons Friday.
If he's cammed(hopefully), a gt35r would be good.

Hopefully he is putting the larger turbo on soon; If not, he is bullshitting on the built engine.

The fastest SRT out by you is a built engine on a stock turbo? Sheesh.

I need to run into more Cobalts.

No there's a few other ones that are nasty.. 50trim, a 30r'd one.. There's some pretty nasty ones...

You as a srt4 owner, how did u think I did against him? What's done to your srt?

You did exactly as i'd expect against a pump gas stock turbo SRT. They won't keep up with a tuned LNF (I know, i used to run a friend's LNF on 22 psi, and he'd always walk away). I run e85 now, which makes a huge difference. I run a sleeper setup, stock turbo, 26psi, e85. Catches a lot of people off guard

I just thought it was a little funny that he fully built/bolted his car to 'get ready' for a 50 trim. You dont need to build anything to run a 50 trim, they perform quite well on their own...

Well Im guessing he built his motor for reliability with a 50 trim. The srt4was definitely fast, but I pulled away from him easily in 3rd gear we only ran til about 125, if we went more I think I could have pulled more.

How's the srt4 on e85?? That must be sick

Pretty amazing. More and more people are realizing the potential it gives (combined with how cheap it is). To give a reference point, my car went 11.75@119 at the track last weekend.

nice runs man. its nice kicking some neaon ass lol. i give those cars alot of respect though, they can be made fast fairly easy. looks like ur balt is moving pretty good too. i had a run with a fully bolted stock turbo srt4 on E85 but it wasent pretty for him, i was on 17psi. my friend with a bolted tuned lnf on 23psi was door to door with him
