me vs stang

So on my way to radioshack yesterday I seen I think nothing of it. Get to a light and the passenger says my buddy wants to run u. I said r u serious? I proceeded to say ok to this sweet v6 Stang. I let him win so he felt good. He won by a fender. I think I hit 4psi feathering my throttle like whoa haha

After the race you should have pulled over and parked on his wing while you talk to him.

Hey, be careful those things are fast! I knew a guy once who had 2 superchargers and a turbo...stock! And he plugged one of the cylinders with jbweld so the other 5 would get more compression. He had, like 600fwhp dude!

That donut is just like a skinny drag tire. It doesn't need to be rated for high speed cuz it never touches the ground unless the car's parked.

I bet he beat you for real, didn't he?

(Anyone who doesn't realize I'm screwing around here should get their heads checked)

I'll never understand people's thought process who do stuff like that to their car.

I think I get it. There is a guy I met with a fairly decent looking stock '99 GT mustang. I raced him and beat him in the cobalt, but he was a nice guy so we had a chat.

When he told me what he had planned for the car, I had to cringe. He wanted to work from the outside in, then from the back to the front. meaning first was rims, and a stereo system, which he already had. Then on to a bodykit, then a paint job, then a rear end, then suspension, then an aluminum driveshaft, then a built transmission, a lightweight flywheel and upgraded clutch, then MAYBE, if he can't find anything else to do to the car, he'll get a tube and filter intake, a cat-back, and a tune...(and these are his words, not mine) "if I can afford one....how much is a tune anyways?"

And you know how far he's going to get before he runs out of money and has to stop modding? the body kit. I guarantee. That's what happens. They start with these grandiose plans and it never works out.

Ugh.
