because there are more than a handful of people with that listed in their sigs, and it was funny maybe like the first time, but now it seems like people are saying it to imply they are better drivers than most, and that is just stupid as crap

I have a new mod....I cleaned AND WAXED my car, should make it more aerodynamic. lol just bustin ***** I belive you though. However, the guy might've been telling a lie when he said tune. But who knows, your tune might be just perfect to get the most hp out of the car.

evos really blow unless you're in the right gear... if you're at your ideal rpm the car ******* flys, otherwise its slow lol (anybody watch that episode of top gear where they raced a shitty beat up rental in its top gear and the evo in its top gear and the shitty car rental beat it for the first bit?! lol)
yes thats because it has to spool.......

Maybe if it was a IX... And even then, that's iffy... More like 330whp... If you're talking an VIII, forget it... You're going to need at least cams+...

the evo IX that bulldog raced only had the flash and was putting down 280 to the ground so I doubt it would be 350 with a turboback more like 290~300

10-20 for a Turbo back? Maybe for a Catback... You should be around 330awhp on a IX w/ Flash and TBE...

A buddy of mine just picked up an VIII - if the flash on the IX is similar to his, it adds hp in the same way stage I does for our cars, via a bump in the rev limit. It has a flash, intake, and turbo-back, and was tested at 298 to the wheels. Most of that, of course, is the extra 500 rpm at the top. The mid-range is only slightly higher

An IX w/ Flash and TBE is equal to a 05 Evo VIII with Flash, TBE and cams... Rev limits are generally only bumped by a little and the peak hp is before it... Most of the hp gains come from turning up the boost and also keeping the boost level up in the upper rpm's. Typically an Evo will hit peak boost early and taper back a couple lbs as the RPM's go up.

I suppose it really has to do w/ the Dyno you're measuring it from... If you're talking about a Mustang Dyno, then, you're probably right... Flash + TBE would equal about 300awhp... On a Dynojet Dyno, then you're be around 330whp...
