this is going to be ugly, lol.... if he can shift, he is going to smoke the LSJ... doesn't even have to be a great shifter, if he engages the next gear... its going to be bad

 

ok fisrst 25 pounds of boost is a **** load any car running that is gangsta second stg 4 clutch come on u will get smoked i love my cobalt i know i would get beat my boy has a sr20 swap and i dont get smoked but i lose

 

i ran a 14.1 spinning through 2nd gear in a Sr with just a front mount, intake and exhaust. if the guy can drive at all he is gonna smoke you.

he also has a car thats as light or lighter than your car, probably has more power and rwd.

 

he is the ONLY one with those kinds of mods that has run in the 12s.

I still say 240s are the worst import to run into... I mean Evos and Supras, well, you EXPECT them to be fast and its a disappointment if they are not... and generally they all LOOK very nice as well...

a 240 can pull up, primered down, with some black steelies, smoking like a tar bucket, and STILL put 4 car lengths on you... you just never know with them... I mean I know of a lot of slow ones that look nice, I know of a lot of fast ones that look nice, but I also know of a lot of fast ones that look like ****.... there are also some that both look and run like ****, lol

 

I'd have to say the same about the 240z's as well... some can look like extreme garbage but destroy you.

 

My friend is building an rb25det 240 what are my chances?? i've got 3 inch turbo back catless with injen cp (soon) synapsys fmic ,cia intake, tuned the rb25's are rated at 280.

Oh and according to everybody we drive cobalt's so why even put gas in this piece of **** it's a waste of money you shoulda bought a corrolla s

I'd say he has around high 400-low 500 rwhp if he has cams. My friends 240 sr20det fully built with a gt3076r at 25lbs of boost put down exactly 525rwhp and like 436 tq. You sir are going to get smoked haha

yea ummm an rb25 wit bolt ons will make more like low 300s if tuned very well and depends on the condition of the swap.....and uve got to remember a gutted down s13 weighs around 2400lbs or under lol....and wit the different final drives in all the different diffs that ppl run u could run into sumone that has an r33 diff like mine....(4.36 wit a 9k rpm redline pullin all the way thru thanx to my DE cams... lol)
