Thumbs down My SS vs 5.0L Rustang POS.

Ya first off, total BS.

Tony and his 89 5.0L POS Rustang pull me and start talking smack.

Ya whatever, I'm not in the mood to tango with a 5.0 especially when the SS/SC is screaming for fuel "LOW FUEL!!" beep beep beep beep beep..STFU I KNOW!!!! So whatever....

This guy starts to follow me horning me at every pass, i am miles (km's where I'm from), from a gas station, and I want to find a Pioneer so I can get the Bonus bucks...So Tony and his buddy Guido are yelling at me constatnly, so finally, I'm like fine you greasy monkies let's boogie....

"Ya ok 40 roll, 3 horns and we are gone" he says....ya whatever fine....

"Honk 1"
"Honk 2"

And off he goes...............

Ummm, I thought 3 honks....

He flashes his blinkers like he won...well of course b/c he cheated....f'in pos Rustang! GET A JOB!!!!!!

Pulled into a Poineer, got a coffee and headed home....

What a tool!

so many noobs with overpowered cars....if I see that car I am going to take a Cleavland Steemer right in his T-top.

all the 5.0's i have encountered have been real cool guys. always friendly races. sucks that you encountered a guy like this, ruining your opinion of them. good try at a race though!

5.0's are nothign to mess with lol. My uncles got a 5.0, and that thing is so damn beast. It rapes Evo's and STi's. He won't tell me all that he has, but he has new gears, full exhaust, headers, and a few more things. Oh yeah, and that really cold spray that comes in bottle. But he didnt beat the Evos and STi's when he was running nitrous. When he does however run nitrous, he sqpins all of second right into third.

I have a Supercharged Mustang....but it's not a 5.0 and I don't go picking on Cobalts w/it. But if one were to pick on me...I'd show him who's boss. But all in good fun.

Nice, that is my uncles goal. What year is your mustang. He beat a 96 wityh a supercharger on it last weekend. Damn I can't imagine how much torque steer you get from racing.

Shouldn't be any really...that's something generally attributed to front-drive cars with un-equal length shafts.

Yeah... RWD cars don't have "torque steer"

Power-induced oversteer maybe, but not "torque steer."
