I was on my way down I95 back to school today and I was being followed by a 3.6 passat. He passed me and kept instigating me, so finally I gave in. We started at 70mph and he got about a car length off the start, but by 120 mph I was in front of him and pulling away. I did have luggage and a passenger, but still...

I thought I was going to blow him away, but those cars are quick...lol...270 and 270lbs tq...or something like that. Im running stage 2 and the 2.9 pulley. For a luxury car it really impressed me...C/D said stock they run 14.3 in the 1/4 mile

 

Yea they are pretty quick, we had 2 at work a while back that I drove and they suprised me. The front brakes on those cars are MASSIVE for a damn passat.

if only they put the 3.6 in the passat on the new r32

Was it the sedan or wagon? COuld you tell if he was stock?

 

sedan...i talked to the guy at a gas station about 100 miles later and he said he was stock except a DIY intake...K and N
