raced a kennybell
the other night I raced a guy with a kennybell set up on his mustang. with what I have, I kept a half car on him it's when we got into 4th is when he got around me. I am in need of a better tune!!
but on a side note I saw the set up on his car and it looks good also saw that he has long tube headers and full exhuast.

With the 2.2 KB, heads, cams, full exhaust, etc....
He had 568whp and 536wtq, the car is a beast in the 1/4 but the gearing and transmission keep it from being super car fast.

I just spent Saturday at Excessive Auto in Sioux Falls, SD getting my buddy Brett's 2001 GT KenneBell tuned.
With the 2.2 KB, heads, cams, full exhaust, etc....
He had 568whp and 536wtq, the car is a beast in the 1/4 but the gearing and transmission keep it from being super car fast.

Excessive Auto is the best place to go to get a tune here in South Dkota. So I am shure that he has a built block.

Ok, so either:
The Cobalt is ridiculous quick (turbo swap, built motor, everything else under the sun)
The Mustang might have been missing a wheel or 2.
Wasn't a Kennebell. In fact, the supercharger was prolly disconnected somewhere.
No offence but a Kennebell Cobra, even somewhat set-up properly would be stupid fast.

He is running 16-17psi due to a little belt slip, once he eliminates that it will be 18psi.
Here is his mod list:

what type of mustang... what kenne bell set up.. either way u better have a stg 3 with nitrous and race him from a role.... in order to get that type of race...
and lets be totaly honest here your talking to a former 5.0/sc kenne bell blowzilla owner there...so be really careful..............

cobaltss tuner raced a kenne bell blowzilla mustang now that i think of it... and he was running like 6 lbs of boost and it wasnt even a contest.... dude had 3 cars on him and tuna had a stg2 with custom tune, intake,exhaust..
