quick question....i raced a scion tc today, within 1-2 years old...and i won, in a auto cobalt LS....pretty close in 1st, pulled maybe half a car, 2nd pulled another car to car and a half...i thought the TCs are supposed to be faster than the 2.2?

 

Tc's with the forced induction yes but not the base Tc i don't think can take us. Was he an auto or a manual though?

wait i just noticed that you have mods, was he stock?

 

they have 160 stock forgte the torque number right now

 

i honestly couldnt answer any questions about his car...i didnt really talk to him much. i would guess it was an auto like me the way it shifted smoothly. as for my mods....the only performance mods i have are a catback, shiftplus, and stickier tires.

 

good i hate those turd (trd) cars, everytime one wants to race me i can even not downshift and still beat one.

it's pretty much a drivers race. my brother had a tc with intake, and my 2.2 with exhaust and downpipe was faster. it has 15 more horsepower, but is also heavier.
