SCT LNF Balt vs 5.0 Mustang vs BMW 335Ci

2 separate runs

Mid 90's catless Foxbody stang from various speeds, big time rapeage 7+ cars from a 40-100 roll) Dude was cool and the car was in killer shape.... I love those cars.

Today I got behind a spirited 335i sounded stock car was SICK in black, 2 lane road, we had to slow down for a guy turning left, road in front of the bimmer cleared and we hit it simultaniously at 35, he started 3 cars ahead and The balt closed the distance to 1 car by 80.

I think my buttdyno may be malfunctioning, cause ive beena little dissapointed lately with the superchips.... Until now. I didnt think i could have DESTROYED a mid low 14 second car, or pulled on a car with 107mph trap speed with such authority.... on a weaksuace mail order tune

Did i mention that I love my LNF

Yes I love the VQ35 too!

I used to have a 5.5 gen maxima, Ill always love that engine (except for the warped plastic valve covers and noisy timing sprockets, it was flawless)

Nice kill, but if it was a mid 90's, non fox body 5.0, they were high 14 second cars on average. Dyno'd like 190whp, LOL.

I know the LX had gears and catless exhaust. They made same power as the SN95 5.0 (high 14's), but weighed less, I used to roll with a few, and all were at least 14.6 or better. Of course none were bone stock either

If it was a 5.0 Fox then it was between 87-93, after that the body style changed for 94-95. Like you said they were high 14 second cars on average, with a few to run mid 14's. Nice kill again.

Yep for now.... Dick....No custom tuners nearby, waiting for the new trifecta or a good deal on HPT/and custom tune

Its definetly mild, but wayy more torque than your ZZP stage 2

And the fact that it takes a house down payment to make them fast.

it was pretty quick bone stock, and i had a few mods that made it good for SS/SC type numbers, and boy did it sound good.... Kept up with E36 M3's, R32's, chipped A4s.... and it ate a ton of ricers in the 2 years i had it

But one thing it had that i miss.... Heated steering wheel, yea thats right bitches.... That **** got hot in 30 seconds, no gloves needed.

Heated steering wheel and seats

I had an 02 max with a 6 speed....ran a 14.3 at 98.5mph. It was def a sleeper car against any other low 14 second cars.

My mustang ran 12s with a few bolt-on's. Was it as nice as my Maxima...no way in hell. Is a Cobalt as nice of a car as a Maxima...nope. It's a 4 door family car that runs well. It's 3400 lbs, 4 doors, full leather, bose stereo, 3.5 n/a v6, and still knocks down close to 30mpg on the highway. I could buy a Civic and spend 5k and laugh that you're ss/tc runs whatever...does that make it a better car? NO.

Talk **** all you want. The Maxima is an awesome car all around. So what if it's not as quick as your super fast stock ss/tc. That's like saying your car is better than a 335xi because it's .1 faster in the 1/4 and you spent less money....think again. You spent 20-25k to run low 14's/high 13s. Is that really all that great once you think about it?
