You running a S2 on PCM controlled boost? Get rid of it.
Get a PTP WGA and turn the boost up to 20psi, then get some NGK #4306 plugs and gap them at .035. Then get a mapclamp and lean out your AFRs to mid 11s.

Maybe a ~280 whp decently modded Neon kinda sorta kept up with a 350whp bone stock GTO. To be honest I'd be depressed if I had to drive home in a Neon. And 33k is about 5-6k higher than what normal people pay for NEW GTO's... I payed 24k for a used one with 1200 miles.

Well even with Stage 2 installed on the Neon it still got edged out by a car length and a half. Not bad considering it only has a small investment in modifications. I can think of hundreds of different Dodge Neons that could be that GTO. I've seen a 6.0L M6 get it's ass kicked at the track by 2 whole seconds by a Neon. GTO ran a low 13 and the Neon got like a high 11. Pretty fast little Neon, although I'd feel a little more firmly planted with the GTO just because of it's size compared to the Neon.
