no way he would nail a 1.6 60ft AND still only get a 9.16. wayy too lopsided. you SHOULD have him.

you will own him. I have 2 friends with srt 4s. Both have big intercooler, one has 3 in turbo back the other with 2 1/2,intakes and stage 1 tune and i beat them with mods in sig, stock intake and f'd up tune. I can run it up to 6000 rpm then it sputters.

did he raise the boost? Does he has a mapclamp to hide the boost safely? its all about how much boost he is running without the pcm pulling fuel.

well, you are going to be heatsoaking something fierce. So I'd say it'll be a good race. he will probably pull you up top, but it depends on how far ahead you are already. Don't let him boost brake or you will lose I think.

that is if you are going from a roll.

nice slip. 1.6 60's? i'd say your suspenion/balance/grip plan paid off. any custom work in those areas or is it a secret?
its honestly so simple its aggravating that more people dont do it and make a better showing for fwd cars. its not hard at all. we set it up in one outing. the runs started from 13.00 all the way to 11.3 in the same night, just from tinkering with tire pressure, suspension stiffness, and caster. its a very cheap suspension setup too. a lot of it also had to do with driving. we started the day out lifting between shifts and just making gears slowly but surely. then by the end of the day i had him no lifting and slamming the **** out of the gears. i will post a video soon but im swamped right now with video so it might be a little while. couldn't believe an open diff fwd car got out so good....would have been faster if i would have gotten a full no lift last pass in it..... thats right i said it!
