So I am comming home from orland park (for you IL guys) with my GF and we get passed by a 2006 GT mustang that was very very clean looking. He had aftermarket wheels (18's) and at least cat-back exhaust. I knew it was a 2006 because his plates said O SixGT.

So anyways, I am going to get next to him at 40mph and as soon as I get in the other lane to pass him he guns it with me doing the same. I was in second (right at our sweet spot) and pulled a half car on him. When I shifted to third he gained a bit and I only had a fender on him. I shut down at 85 with me a fender ahead. My guess is he didnt get his down shift but it still felt good beating a 06 GT with exhaust. And I am sure he wasnt very happy about it .

Well I am off to the garage to put my air filter on for the (Air box mod )

it could have been an auto bc thoes things should walk us but good kill none the less

 

Yea I am pretty positive it was an auto and he didnt get a good down shift or one at all lol. Either way Im happy
