ss/sc vs 5.7 gto
so my buddy has been bugging me for a race from a dig so we did it. his gto has exhaust, intake, tune, and some other minor lil things and i have a full bolt on ss/sc with a 2.9 pulley(17psi)

i pulled a car on him =D and yes i did have a faster 1/4 time then him
i also raced a 07 wrx with exhaust and other stuff, i pulled three cars on it and did get a faster 1/4 time

Ls1 GTO's run 13.6's stock if you can drive.
The car he has makes around 340-350 WHP, From a dig you will get Yanked, from a roll you are going to get yanked as well.

Lol i love it ppl bitch that roll racing sucks cuz u dont need skill then when ya race from a dig to use your skill ppl hate on ya because ya won against a faster car because the other driver sucked... Well duh isnt that the point of racing from a dig? Give your heads a shake people.

looks like neither of them trapped above 100mph, which is pretty pathetic.
BUT, for their trap speeds, those were decent runs, and the cobalt won. So props to the OP, good run!

by the way that was my 2nd drag racing and my 60 foot was a 2.294 so i deffinatly need more practice and its an auto gto. from a roll its dead evern from 60 to 130. i trapped at 98btw lol

my zzp canned tune is bad. i cant even get my tires to spin in 2nd on 215's lol im taking it to get tuned here soon and some other stuff. it was my first time at the strip btw

I had a friend with a 5.7 GTO - had intake and exhaust and ran a 14.1 at the track. I would take it by a car consistantly with my SS/SC with 2.95, 2.5" exhaust, dual pass and a custom tune.
