I raced a calibur SRT4 last night in my grandmothers lesabre and stomped the **** out of it. Beat it by miles. It was so pathetic, damn CSRT4 fanbois thinking they are so fast.

I dunno why SS/XX owners in general can't just ignore the bullshit...it's getting old now. If you don't feed the fire people won't continue but people will never learn. This story is about some ass hat driving a TC and not a direct attack on the TC itself; if he was talking **** and lost then he got what was coming to him plain and simple. analyze the past 20 threads and look at the number that involve racing a TC, since I only have seen 5 total in the metropolitan area of Tampa, I have to call BS on all these people that keep coming accross these and running them. There are not that many around yet. Half these threads are just people talking **** trying to make them feel better about themselves.

Nah its pretty good, its sooooo much better since I have a TC, it makes everything EXTREME!!!!! I dont even need a house anymore because i have an SS/TC its so awesome. The other day I was parked at a gas station and 40 honda civics pulled up and gave me 100 dollars each because they were so afraid to race my mighty SS/TC. The SS/TC is also so fast that when I push the throttle it doesn't move, the earth underneath it does.

 

I see them but I honestly don't give two ***** about what anyone has to say . Win or lose it doesn't impact my daily life...I feel no need to defend my car I know what I have and what it is and is not capable of end of story .

I had a 1.9 rocker'd/3.5" pullied/bolt-on/tuned L32/Gen V m90 GTP....

0-60 it'd beat my SS, anything after that.... it'd get walked hard... unless your L67 has a cam(which according to you it doesn't) anything after 90 the L67 and L32s are DEAD... as in will get pulled terribly by just about any performance oriented car, 0-80 they are beast, in a race from a roll, a LNF(when properly driven) would spank a bolt-on L67 or L32... BAD...

now if the guy started in 3rd at 50, then yeah I could see you getting the jump(due to him not being in the powerband) and then you getting ran down, but from the top of 3rd on, your L67 better be packing a XP or something

But in all honesty man, the SS/TC brought a whole different crowd to the cobalt forums...many of which are dicks and choads. You're not one of them, but I'm just saying. Technically the SS/TC owners came here first and dogged the sc guys and basically started the 'war'. I called this like 4 months before the TC came out. =(

Atleast on the VWvortex forums they appreciate each other because they all drive vdubs, and each is fast in its own right if done properly. Also another thing I don't see on there are people talking smack about VW's and saying their Audi is so much better. (When they are practically the same thing)

I mentioned on there I had a SS/TC and not once did I get a superiority complex feeling from the guy/gals over there. Over here its different, you have people who no longer own cobalts that just come in the war stories section just to stir **** up. Ya know man. I'll definitely agree with this. This is why I kind of 'left' the boards. I just come here for questions and research instead of interacting, unless its with people I know or see not being d-bags.

That setup will run 12's on a DR and trap a lot higher than any stock SS/TC. Maybe your bias dyno is just out of calibration.

 

Guy in the TC probably could not drive. I raced a cocky kid in a Regal SC the other day 2000 with pulley and intake at least that is what he said I beat him badly from a dig to 100 and I spin hard all the way through first and second. I am not stock though.
