SS vs. RSX-S

great race! i have raced these in the past and taken them out with minimal effort, but this one tonight was far different. i have no clue what he had done, but it sounded great and was quite fast.
we raced first from about 80mph and this time i just let him take off when he was ready so i could see what he had going for him. well i pulled on him about half a car, but definitely noticed that he was hanging in there pretty well. so we go again, this time on the third honk. i was in fourth when i honked for the third time and he was in third. by the time i down shifted to third he had pulled about half a car since he was already in third. i pulled back, but very very slowly. this thing was quick man! by the time we let off around 120 or so, i had only pulled up to about his back wheel. definitely have some respect for these things cause when they have the right mods they are dangerous! just thought i would share an experience with a decently modded type s. cool guy too! all in all i would say SS=1/RSX=1 great stuff tonight!

you guys started from 80?? geeze. i usually start around 20 and go to no more than 80. around here there arent many people willing to race either. which is probably a good thing. keeps me and others safer. good race though man. good to hear when everyone gets along after a nice race.

lol my friends and i go out on the freeway at around midnight and stop right there and go from digs up to whatever we feel like. it's usually totally clear and since nobody is turning in or coming from the other direction it is really pretty damn safe. you can see people coming behind you like a minute before they get there so you have time. if you are gonna race, do something like that, it is safe, and you can have alot of fun with it.

good kill. Stock type-S are deff slower, but if he has full exhaust, CAI and Hondata ecu, then they can hang with a stock or very lightly modded SS/SC. But yeah some type-s are fast out there!
