whats the sweet spot for our cars from a roll 2nd gear 45mph?

Im just wondering about this.

Like few examples any one race a:
06eclipse gt
06 si
06 350z
06 mustang gt (2-3 gt wins)
05 srt-4 (well i know this one srt-4 by 2-3cars)

It would be pretty cool to list kills and losses but if modded list mods

 

if you are stock, I highly doubt you beat these unless the other drive is bad.

You can beat a older 350z but i think the new ones are a bit faster

not an 06 GT, a 99-04 could be a driver's race, 98 and earlier should be a cake walk.

shouldn't have a problem with the si. they got a little snot in them for NA 4cyl, but nothing you can't handle.

 

I havn't gotten to race anything much yet, I am mainly waiting for the local track to open. Though since I've gotten stage 2 I'm hoping to able to at least hang with 99-04 mustang GT's. BTW PSI freak...you know who this is lol.

 

You can take the Eclipse, my buddy has a cold air intake and exauhst and I spank him every time. It's a heavy car!

 

seriously, these threads are worthless. so is roll racing.

 

u can beat them all xcept the srt-4 ... but its kinnda close with them... im not stock i have an intake... 0000000..... an i have raced all on the highway an such... ull be fine... and when i ge the pulley i get to have even more fun! lol... then the turbo comes.....

 

not really , it is to an extent but going from a 20 roll with 2 fwd cars is legit i think

 

Although I still think they are pointless, I guess I can give you the benefit of the doubt. At least you are comparing apples to apples...

I can't stand when someone says... hey! I have a cobalt/srt 4 whatever... and says I beat an STI/Evo from a roll... because that's just like saying... I have a wrx and I beat whatever from a dig...

You are pointing out the cars advantages against the others disadvantages... and thats what annoys me...

But at least you are sticking to either fwd vs rwd... or visa versa... so I guess its not totally pointless...

if you're to race from a roll... start at 60. then see who has *****.

 

if you're not racing at the track then it's pointless. street racing does not make you cool. just puts your life and other people's lives in danger. street racing does not prove anything besides that you are inconsiderate and a reckless driver.

 

My friend put a K&N intake on his 06 Eclipse GT, and from a roll race I stomped him. I heard him downshift, so we were both in 2nd doing about 20.

 

you can beat most bmx style bike...bikcycles, small scooters, shopping carts, milk trucks, and kia rio's.

assuming all are not highly modified. but that's you me I can beat the milinium falcon if I put my mind to it.

 

yea i know who ya are lol. Dang i miss my srt-4 it dynoed at 230/256 sae that day we went to get dynoed but thats life i guess. I would love to get this one dynoed but i dont think we have one anymore Im just mainly seeing where this car stands stock i know the ss/sc will take a 99-04mustang from a roll but not sure at the track. you problly wondering why havent done anything to this one yet i have my money saved for a twinscrew sc or turbo or twincharger im just waiting for some to come out before i decide my route.

 

I am stage two+ and have killed every car on your list exept for the SI.

05-06 Mustang GT's put up a good fight though, really it is a drivers race.

If your stock old mustangs and SI's are probably the only car you will stomp.

350 Z's I never raced when stock. SRT 4 stock is about the same as a stage two balt.
