why don't you just go test drive a GTO and decide for yourself if you could beat it and end this thread, driver mod would then be equal and you wouldn't have to worry about all the GTO owners who are "scared"

also people get more responsible with age. (usually) right now there's 99.9% chance that i won't street race. 5 years ago there was a 99.9% chance i would.
but anyways, that's not the point. the people with gto's in your area are pansies i guess. but bro, you wouldn't beat them unless they can't drive worth a damn.

the only people that roll race are the ones that know they can't win in a "real" race. it's one thing if you're on the highway and see someone and run... but to actually set up a roll race is pretty gay imo.
at that point, when you're setting up a roll race, may as well just pull a magazine clipping out of your pocket and say "I win. i can run xxxxxx and you run xxxxxx"

no most races i got into were roll races i never planned any of them cars just rolled up to me and kept looking over until i gave in. a roll race is a way to see who's car is faster not quicker. hence why a wrx could run a 13.6 at 99 and i could run a 13.6 at 108 its quicker not faster thats why it will get walked on in a roll race

lol, but GTO's aren't WRX's. They trap higher with a faster ET. Take mine for example. Only took me 13.0 to run the 1/4 @ 108. Thats .8 faster than it took him to go 106. By the time he crosses the finish line I'd be doin 115-120.

i was talking ls1 gto's traps not ls2 i should have specified.
stock ls2's can handle almost any balt look at the et's and traps they are f'ing fast, i only want to race one to see where i am at

how are the automatics btw??? i walked one a few weeks back from a 40 roll.. i know a manual LS2 would kill me.

i already said that once.
went out again tonight, encountered 2 more LS1 GTOs, 1 said he was new to driving and he said he would race me next week, the other said he was on a ticket (typical excuse for being scared)
