06 brakes

This is probably a noob question. But is it possible to get brembo brakes for an 06 SS/SC

It depends.. I recently did mine and it took me 4 hours but it was done properly. Why did it take so long?? The proper way is putting a hub spacer which allows for even pad wear. To do this you need to remove the hub and clean it up typically the hubs has some sort of corrosion which needs to be cleaned up. If you want to do it the quick way the Brembo caliper is a straight bolt on but also remember that you need to use LNF rotors and since you have it apart you might as well put on stainless brake lines for better performance.

I appreciate it. I was just curious because I have never tackled anything like this before. This is my first cobalt and first car with any sort of aftermarket mods. I was hoping to try and do this on my own so I can start doing my own work instead of finding and paying other people to do it.
