18" polished wheel option??

The chevy website has a 18" polished wheel option for the ss/sc at no additional charge. Has anyone seen these? I have seen the optional 18" wheels for the ss/sc but I know they charged a pretty pennie for those. Are they now free? or do they offer the ss/sc wheels in a high polished aluminum?

Must be a new option... They would be identical to the 2.4 SS wheels only in 18's instead os 17's

Wheels

No the sad thing is there the ones on the Cobalt Accessories web site GM site.18 inch Wheel - AP194 Polished. If Chevy told me right today. I called them Ive had my 06 for almost 2 months and at that time you could not get them on the sssc. Bet there phone is ringing off the hook now low blow to the ones that wanted polished on there car from factory.

same as stock but polished, they must have made it an option since they are being made for the malibu.

I you sure the malibu doesn't have the 2.4L wheels that are 17 inch polished?

Not sure about the wheels being the same. I do know that they have the same bolt pattern.

That should look good on a SS with certain colors . Sunburst Orange and Lazer Blue would look really good with the polished wheel . I still love the Hyperblack stock finish , not to big of a fan bling wheels . Hey , at least the Malibu version doesnt look like its chromed and the ports are polished too . Unlike the Cobalt 17" SS wheel , which was polished so well it looks chrome almost and the wheel ports are painted silver .
