2 weeks to get a stock tire in?!! donuts dont last that long

2 weeks to get a stock tire in?!! donuts dont last that long

ok i blew out a tire on a pothole...just called 2 dealerships and they both said it would be at least 2 weeks...not only for that tire...but anything that would fit. im having a hard time buyin that....i have a hookup with wheels and tires but he is out of town ..and i need to get around. do we have a weird tire size or somethin? ss/sc

Don't go to the dealer for that stuff, go to a wheel/tire shop. I blew a tyre the same way and nobady in the city stocked them...but a tire shop said no prob, and had one shipped to them by the next morning...and I still paid the normal price.
