245/45/18?

Would there be any rubbing issues with a 245/45/18 on an eibach sportline lowered ss/tc? I really want the 245/40/18s, but they are on backorder. Should I wait for the 40 sidewall, or would the 45s be very close? There is plenty of room with the stock 225/40/18.

damn....I was thinking it would be close.......40 series is 5 day backorder. no bueno. How bad is the rubbing? Like on extreme bumps with full load car? 95% of the time its just me in the car(150lbs)

i've got 235/40/18's on 07 SS/SC with sportlines no rubbing but i think there's been alot of guys on here say that 245's will rub and they're not much wider than the 235's

Iv got 245/40/18's and they rub once in awhile very lightly. 245/45/18 is just askin for trouble IMHO.
