245/45/18's on an 18X8 wheel work without any issues? I can handle some rubbing

yup they will but 235 is more recomended but it also depends on what your lowered on im 18x8 235/40/18 on pedders and no problems at all

Nobody runs 245/45/18's. They would be WAY too tall. 245/40/18's work if you aren't slammed. I plan on getting 255/35/18's with 18x9 wheels eventually.

Fender probably or springs, idk thats my gues i never rubbed before just bottomed out lol

the fender linings on full left/right turns and sometimes the seat for the spring if the tire is too tall. thats why i love coilovers lol. gonna be running a 26x11.5 et street and it ain't gonna rub.

my car rubbed the sidewalls of 235/40/18 on H&R i replaced the tires with 225 once they stopped holding air but my car is much heavier then most out there

how much difference in traction would it make to stuff 245/40 nt05 drs instead of 225/40? i really want the extra traction even though i will prob rub on sportlines

my rims are 18X8 +35 and i have 255 35 18's in the front. no rubbing at all, no bulging, it fits just fine.

my rear tires are 245 40 18 and they dont rub either but thats because im on pedders. if i was slammed they would rub. most tires rub in the rear wheels.
