Best Tires Ever!!!!

Ok i don't know if they really are, can anybody tell me if they have had these tires and what they think of them please.
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes
I'm really likeing these compared to many others.
also, 2 more questions, will 245/40/18's fit if i don't lower the car at all?
last question, who makes the lightest possible 18" wheel for our cars?
Thanks for all your input!

I thought i heard that the OZ ultraleggeras or whatever they are called were pretty light. I also think Alans car has 245s on and does not rub, lowered on sportlines also.

There are tons of threads about tires, including this tire. Lots of people have them, general consensus is good.

Ya they are a 7" wheel and the SS/TC wheels are a 7.5" wheel.

****** Christ, i'm getting tired of answering the same questions over and over again.

the dunlops are a great tire, not the best for max grip, but the best overall.

if you toss a 245 on the car, a large portion of that wont be used when pulling the car along, it'll simply add slop to the stearing as the pneumatic trail of the tire is significantly larger then OE.

plus, the dunlops seem to run a bit wide.

225/40/18 is the proper size if you want a 40 series tire. If for some reason you need more width than a 225, your going to want to go to a 235/35/18 or a 245/30/18 to keep the overall diameter the same as stock.

These and RE11's are pretty much the standard issue AutoX tire. At least that's what my sources tell me.

I was going to go for RE11's, but decided the Dunlops because...well. They're about 60$ cheaper lol
