Cleaning Rims
Cleaning Rims
So i have 17" gunmetel grey rims and i love them to death. I only have one problem. Cleaning them. I live on a new road and its paved but they are still building houses so the road is covered in dirty and it just loves my rims. Ive tried different rim cleaners but none work. i have used power washer and its ok but i can still rub my finger on the rim and its dirty. any suggestions.

I don't see any pictures?! lol. Road construction is a bitch! I got little chunks of asphalt and tar all over my 19's this summer. The best way to get rid of tar/asphalt is to spray your wheels with wd40 and let it soak into the tar for a few minutes. Then rub it carefully with your finger tips or an old rag. Afterwards, use Simple Green or wheel cleaner to wash the wd40 off.
Lets try this again then.
