I was really wanting to run 225/45r16s but I'm having a hard time finding a decent tire in that size. I might have to go vw styles and run 205/40r16s lol. Thou I'm worried I might end up being way to low or I might be so low and have wheel gap. So I'm on the fence man.

DONT DO THIS. sorry joe. adding an inch will make the offset and inch higher ~24mm lol so youll have to get a 1inch spacer to make your wheel an inch wider and it will poke 10mm farther than it did before. its a good option for people like my buddy with a 650hp s2k running a widened stock ap2 wheel with a 275 on it for the sleeper effect :

but i meant like a rep(or better quality) of the rims with proper offset to accompany the inch growth in rim width

Haha I know. I mean vw style because they most commonly run 205/40r16 on shooters. So do the mini guys. It would be small as **** thou. Just curious to see if I can pull off being that low. Were lifting the motor and tranny, building a skid plate too soo I might be able to get away with being mad low. We'll see what happens in spring

they need some loving. Going to be buying gold bolts soon and change out the caps. Just repainted the faces to the same gold and now I gotta hurry and polish the lips to get them back to mint condition.
