I like it. Hood is meh. Headlights could go but you are getting retros so you get a pass on that. I really dig the wheels. I was actually looking at those for mine cept in gunmetal.

 

I got my wheels on today. I want to get coils but i scrape on the speedbumps on campus and im only on sportlines

 

yeah rick ik. but they are a +15 offset =/ ha idk how ill pull that off unless i get a hub swap or get some like 5mm adapters all around

 

5mm spacer will make them +10 offset and poke even more.

 

its funny to me how you guys are either so jelly you cant admit that the mb's look sick. or either your jus mad that i payed less for this car, with 20-30k$ into it, than you have mods into your cars... and i put the mb's on because i had them chillin on my sideyard not because i ordered them specifically for the balt, and i like seein how different combos look. and how can you say you miss the rpf1 balt its a car did you guys idolize it with those rims? was it ur inspiration to throw some coilovers on your balt? to me its jus a car i do what i feel like to it and have fun with it.... again ill say I MOD MY CAR HOW I LIKE IT, ID BE CHASING MY TAIL FOREVER IF MY GOAL WAS TO MAKE IT COOL TO EVERYONE ELSE

theres a 225 on now but thats not really much of a stretch, the enkeis didnt rub at all with that setup and i dnt want to jus stretch a tire jus so it will have the look id only stretch a tire if its necessary for non-rubbage. i jus put these rims on to see how a 17x9.5 would look and i like it enough to run it for a couple weeks and i have a couple shoots scheduled so ill run these for some pics....

ya i feel you these lights are whatever but for there price it was a good substitute while i make the retros, and the hood i like it i wud never do any of those stupid scoops or any of that extra stuff on a balt but the oem cf's are cool and im jus waitin for the trunk from ED

 

tmaz if you don't want people to give your opinion of how your modding it you should either a, stop posting what you're doing to the car or b, not have bought one of the most famous cars on this site.

its cause so many people have seen will build that car from that ground up they hate seeing what becoming of it. Thats mostly why people hate what your doing to the car its a famous car on this site one of the first to be stanced along with dom and other people thats why theres is so much hate...Its like someone buying an original famous painting and throwing their own **** on it

 

This, which is why I feel bad for you because your doing work which is good but its just everyone knew that car and no lie Wills nuts touched the ground because he had one of the cleanest best representations of a cobalt and everyone loved it.

Actually that's where you're wrong, I think the battles look stupid. And who cares if you paid less for what Will did to his car than what we did in mods. Your like that guy who thinks he's cool because he bought something that was already modded. I miss RPF1balt because he was one of the first to through a really clean setup on his car.
