hahah that funny how you look down upon someone who bought a modded car... i bought this car cause ive seen it for a while and i kno he did it properly when he did the many mods to it, like swapping the hubs, or putting in an integrated sway bar, etc. this car was a good base, it aready had many things into it that many cobalt owners wish they could have done to their car why would i pass it up and let someone buy it that has no idea whats on it

yup they are indeed sick as ****... and they are worth about half of what i paid for the car lol... i had them sitting in my garage from one of my old porsches figured id throw them in this bitch to have one of a kind seat setup lol

Acceptable wheel-gap for suspension longevity is never a bad thing.
Few are pioneers like dom/will/matt etc. What they did was proper stance, they did their homework, looked at rubbing issues, suspension geometry, etc You cant
claim that same right just by buying a car pre done for you.

has the suspension setup changed on the car since you've gotten it? if not i don't know how the hell you'd have wheel gap with a 45 series tire lol

either way the tire is too fat IMO (the rear)...i like the wheels though

You misunderstood. I asked if you put the RPF1's on your Toyota, not about if they were wider. I did say i hope your TOYOTA can uitlize the WIDER rim on the car. (cobalt wasn't mentioned.) Here is a picture to help you.

ummm i lost you a couple posts ago

but to ur question about the cress utilizing wider rims, yes the 235s do grip much better on hard lauches. the 16x7s with the 205 tires unlock in 3rd gear, there good for drifting tho but the rpf1's are much better if i want to accelerate not jus spin
