no. sometimes, but very very rarely a tire will move, but only very small amounts, like a 32nd of an inch. thats why you see some people put screws through the wheels and in to the tires

you can do the same using a beadlock wheel. but those are for people who will change tire height, width, brand there at the track based on conditions. you don't need a mounting machine with beadlocks. but they're way too expensive for someone to buy cause they're worried about a tire moving.
