you should be moving the strut mount up not messing with the preload..

Hence why I asked if you just unbolted the coil from the bottom and screwed it up into the body. AFAIK, you don't touch the top one after you set it for the spring.

Yeah you twist the bottom piece up not the top piece down. Kind of requires an alignment everytime if youre doing it right.

I know. It's really pissing me off. The first day car drove fine. Sits in driveway the next all day, day after ******* car vibrates when I accelerate.
