Just looking for a local shop that can redrill my rotors to 5x114, and I'm all ready to get these wheels on.

can i get some help from you gurus out there...

I have stock 18" ss/sc wheels rn with 225/40 tires on it.. will be maxing out my stance coils front and rear (rear I'll take both locking rings out, front I may take out one ring)

will i run into any problems? If i want to run spacers with my stock wheels, what do you recommend (like 5mm, 10mm?) and a good place to buy them? Thanks in advance.

What's your goal for lowering cause I think you have a lot of options and that's a pretty broad spectrum for answers. Do you want to change your studs? Someone can verify this but I believe a 5mm is the largest spacer you can get away with without changing your studs. A 25mm spacer puts you flush or close to. Rolling your fenders might be a good thing to look into if you already haven't, not sure if how low you want to go would require any pulling.

just go real low... on sportlines right now and I want to go at least another inch lower from where im at now. Eventually will get some new wheels, or maybe not (i like the stocks)

i saw the 5mm spacer from ced i might buy.. where can i buy longer studs if i want to go 25mm?

25mm are usually adapters not spacers. 10-15mm would make a noticeable difference but i don't think 5mm is that noticable.

Real low or like really, really low? Everyone's definition of low is different, my low is like RandyO low.

^ Hubcentric spacers/adapters.

If you plan on going to a track though they generally don't allow adapters, at least in Michigan.

Plan on getting your fenders rolled, possibly pulled too. Might have axle bind which I believe can be fixed with rotated trans mounts. Not sure at what point of a drop brings that on though.

What do you guys recommend for front/rear spring rates? I was planning on ordering some swift springs today and I'm thinking 10/12 but I think that may be too aggressive. I don't want the car to bounce all over the road.

FYI these will be on BC Coilovers.

I thought lower spring rate was softer and would absorb the impact more making it smoother (more absorption ) and high was harder and wouldn't absorb the impact as much making it more bouncy (less absorption )

Stiffer the spring, stiffer the ride less bounce they have.

Good news. Tomorrow I work just a half day at one job, so I'll be off before noon. Hoping to get these rotors redrilled tomorrow
