You could just go on ebay and buy a set of halos, glue them on, and wire them in. Very simple mod. Idk what size you would need but all you would have to do is measure, there's a nice little black plastic lip around the fog projectors that you could glue them down to, and there's already a slit in the bumper to run the wires through where the fog adjuster screw is. Very simple mod. I'm surprised more balt owners haven't done it really.
