So a 17x8 wheel size on coilovers with say an offset of around 30 would work? What tire size would be best? Even though I know tire size is probably opinionated.

Once again, sorry for the noob questions. I'm definitely new to slamming cars

Haha my bad didn't see the adapters part and well on a 8 inch wide wheel you can run anywhere from a 215 to 235 safely

No worries lol I'm thinking I'll probably go with 225's then first with coilovers at a medium setting and go down to 215's and slam it all the way down eventually, just kind of worried about potholes

If you really want to slam the car with that offset, you're not going to be able to run a wide tire. I'd say 215 at most. Opinions will vary....

I'd say poke, but without being completely non-driveable amount of slammed (it's my DD and I live in Texas so there's some shitty roads lol)

with the setup you said you should be fine, depending on the size of your adapter you can get some poke, maybe an 8.5" wide wheel.. but yeah you'll be fine

I like the look of wheel poke, not mexipoke. Just a little bit out from the fenders, might be a little weird of a taste to have I guess lol

Dom your poke does look good but I'm not sure if I could go that low. My front lip is 7" off the ground and I still find myself bottoming out if I don't come out of driveways right

Now that'd be about the perfect height, or maybe 5"

You have nothing to worry about, it's impossible to be that low on the roads around here lol so I can't copy that height

From the way you're talking, I don't think you'll be happy with a setup similar to Dom's. Not very many people can tolerate the issues that come with being that low and aggressive.

And like Dom said, don't copy him. Either go more aggressive or stick with a +35mm offset, haha.

I feel like more aggressiv than that would just be rediculous and mexipoked lol but yeah I'm definitely not going that low. I'll probably just go with coilovers at a medium setting or Ark drop springs
