H rated snow tire input pleeease!

H rated snow tire input pleeease!
hello all, I am looking for some advise with the upcoming purchase of "H" rated snow tires.
I had Vredstein (dutch) Wintrac H on my neon R/T and was very happy with them. Did some ice racing w/ them, naturally they are not as good on ice as a "Q" or "S" rated dedicated snow. But, how long is the snow actually down before they plow and salt? not too long.
I am wondering what might be better and if anyone has experience w/ "H" rated snows?
130 mph snows rock after the highways have been plowed and salted and you can pass others like its summer and don't have to worry about triple digit speeds or high speed cornering.

snow tires in CANADA/ northern USA
what snow tires are you guys from CANADA running? and you northern USA guys? I will be getting some 17" rims for the SC just for the snows.
