Yeah, they are nice rims!

I just realized I got the wrong size tires. The 205's are going to be too narrow for the 7.5" rim. Switching it to 215/50/17

205/50/17 will fit 7.5" rims. Nice tires though.

I got the ipikes W409s and Fast Salsa wheels.

I just got mine rims in. They're 17" RTX and they fit without spacers, tried them on over the weekend and they look good for a winter rim, just a basic 5 spoke. I'm getting the package at Dealer cost so the Rim & Tires will comes to about $1000 CAD everything in. I'm very happy with the find, I'll post pictures once I get them on just to show there's another 17" Rim that'll fit without spacers .

Actually I found a picture of them, RTX S5 17"

American's are so lucky lol.

They rape us on tires here in Canada. And shipping charges (due to Tarifs) are really high. I ended up buying some used 17" SS/NA rims with tires that will have enough tread for one year ... paid $700 and was pretty happy about it lol.

You're in southern Ontario, so just get an acct with a U.S shipping address and have it shipped there. Then just pay the tax on them at the border when you come back.

??? Why not just pay the tax to discountiredirect.com and have them shipped to your door for free? It's hardly worth the hassle to save a few $$$ on brokerage.

I ship everything I buy from the U.S to my U.S address. It's faster shipping and it's easier because I'm rarely home during the day to accept a package. It just gets dropped off there and I run over and grab it when I can. For me it's more convenient and cheaper.
